Spain and Portugal are among the European Union states most vulnerable to climate change. In the last 30 years, both countries have been the scene of increasingly devastating forest fires. Natural risks do not understand administrative borders, so in the border area between Spain and Portugal, with the same landscape and orography, it is imperative to collaborate in the defense of its population against the increased risk of large forest fires.
